Even with strong contributions from Kai Smith (44), Soorya Sathish (35), and Sahil Sunil Hariani (22),  Abu Dhabi never looked control of their chase. The required run rate was always out of reach and the team fell short of the target by 31 runs. While Kashif Daud grabbed two wickets for Sharjah, Krishan Paul and Badiuzzama Sayed clinched one wicket each. Abu Dhabi have lost all of their five games at the Emirates T20, and are place at the bottom of the table.
