UAE leaders congratulate Vietnam's new President

President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan has congratulated Nguyen Xuan Phuc after he was elected as Vietnam's new President. On the occasion, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister of Dubai also sent a message of congratulations. Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi HH Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has also sent congratulatory messages to President Phuc.
