Maharashtra has demanded urgent 4 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines per week as the state is left with just 3 days of supply. Many vaccination centers are closed or sending people back who are coming to centers for getting jabs, said Health minister Rajesh Tope. The state, which remains the worst-hit in India due to COVID-19, Wednesday reported over 55,000 daily COVID-19 cases.
