Quinton de Kock & Fakhar Zaman affair is in umpires hands, says MCC

The Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) stated that it is up to the umpires to decide whether South African Quinton de Kock wilfully attempted to deceive Pakistan batsman Fakhar Zaman during the 2nd ODI. The moment took place in the first ball of the final over when de Kock appeared to gesture that the throw was going towards the non-striker’s end. This prompted Zaman to slow during his run-up.
