Indian batsman Shreyas Iyer has undergone a successful shoulder surgery. The 26-year-old said he will be “back in no time” and thanked supporters for their good wishes. Iyer sustained an injury on his shoulder while fielding in the first match of the ODI series against England, which India won 2-1. Iyer, who captains the Delhi Daredevils, was also ruled out of IPL 2021 due to the injury.
