In a first, SEBI bans news anchor, family from capital markets

Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) has banned business news anchor Hemant Ghai, his wife and mother from the capital market for alleged fraudulent trading practices. Ghai is the co-host of a show which airs on trading days and recommends certain stocks to be bought during the day with a target and stop-loss price. Following the unique SEBI order, the channel has also fired Ghai from service.
