India's COVID-19 recovery rate surges to 98.49%

India reported 13,166 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. Another 26,988 recoveries and 301 deaths were logged during the same period. The active caseload in the country stands at 134,235 infections, which is 0.31% of total cases reported so far. The recovery rate in the country surged to 98.49%.
