India's active COVID-19 caseload under 0.50% of total cases

India reported 16,051 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours. Another 37,901 recoveries and 206 deaths were logged during the same period. The active caseload in the country stands at 202,131 infections, which is 0.47% of total cases. More than 1.75 billion doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been rolled out in India so far.
