Supreme Court of India has rejected a petition against its judgment that said, "the right to protest cannot be anytime, and everywhere". The petition against the top court's October 2020 verdict was filed by 12 activists. Headed by Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Aniruddha Bose, and Krishna Murari, the three-judge-bench said, "the order does not suffer from any error apparent warranting its consideration".
