Fire breaks out in Sharjah's Al Taawun area

A fire broke out in an under-construction building in Sharjah's Al Taawun area near the Expo Centre. Authorities were informed about the fire by residents of adjacent Al Khan and Al Majaz areas. The Sharjah Civil Defence teams and police patrols rushed to the scene and are trying to douse the fire. No casualties or injuries were reported at the time of writing.
