Why did International Olympic Committee expel two Belarus coaches?

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) opened an investigation against two Belarusian coaches who forced an athlete to leave the Tokyo Games. Artur Shimak and Yury Maisevich have lost their Olympic accreditation after the case of athlete Krystina Timanovskaya caught global attention on social media. Timanovskaya opened up on Instagram about negligence of her coaches and feared for her life if she leaves for Belarus.
