Manchester City FC on Sunday beat Everton FC 5-0 to lift the Premier League title. Sergio Agüero signed off in style for the English football club as he scored twice in the dominating win. It was the fifth Premier League title for the Argentine footballer. Manchester City FC, Manchester United FC, Liverpool FC, and Chelsea FC were the top four clubs at the end of the tournament.
