Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) recently received a bill of USD36,580 of biryani consumed by security officials deployed for the New Zealand team. The PCB has suffered a massive financial loss after both New Zealand and England pulled out of their tours. Sports experts said it has been a big setback for Pakistan's cricket governing body.
