COVID-19 PCR test mandatory in Sharjah for public & private sector

Sharjah Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management on Tuesday announced new measures to curb COVID-19. While public transport is restricted to its 50% capacity, commercial centres are now allowed to take in only 60% of their customer capacity. Gyms, swimming pools, theatres, beaches, and entertainment spots can operate with a 50% attendance. Employees visiting their workplaces need to take a weekly nasal swab test (PCR).
