Sri Lanka music sensation to be gifted land by government

Sri Lankan government announced to gift a plot of land to Yohani, the 28-year old singing sensation who rose to fame with the song Manike Mange Hithe. A plot of land, located at Robert Gunawardena Mawatha in Battaramulla neighbourhood in Colombo, will be given to Yohani as a gift from the Sri Lanka government. Yohani’s popular song in Sinhala became a viral sensation in India almost three months ago.
