UAE to unify public and private sectors' work system

The working systems of the public and private sectors would be unified in the UAE, announced Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation on Monday. The decree will come into effect from 2 February 2022. The new system will allow a similar leave and work system for both public and private sector employees including flexibility, part-time and temporary work system.
