Hong Kong Exchanges delays opening due to black rainstorm warning

The Hong Kong Exchanges cancelled the morning trading sessions of both securities and derivatives markets following delay due to a black rainstorm warning. Hong Kong Stock Exchange said trading would resume for the afternoon session after weather conditions eased. Hong Kong has three levels of rainstorm warning, the black being the highest after amber and red.
