India sees sharp drop in crypto prices as govt proposes bill to ban tokens

Cryptocurrency counters plunged sharply on Indian exchanges after the govt proposed a bill to ban most private tokens. Bitcoin fell 17%, Ethereum was down by 14%, and Dogecoin saw a sharp drop of 20% against INR during the closing on 24 November. However, BTC and other coins saw a steady growth of over 7% against INR in early trading of 25 November.
