Bitcoin fell below USD40,000 after China announced further restrictions on cryptocurrency transactions. The most popular crypto in the world, saw its price dip to as low as USD38,552. Ethereum also faced the brunt of China's announcement and Tesla CEO Elon Musk's tweets as its price fell to USD2,858. Bitcoin and Etheruem are now trading at USD40,150 and USD2,955, respectively.
